Best Body Lotion The Best Body Lotion The Greatest Body Lotion The Best Body Lotion You Make Yourself

It’s the right time to discuss with you all a remarkable recipe for the best body lotion you will ever use! What makes it so great? Well, for one, when you make your own skin moisturizers, you are aware of precisely what’s going inside them and can ensure it’s safety. Lots of of you feel it’s too much work to craft your own body product…I used to believe this too! I identified a extremely convenient recipe courtesy of one of my preferred green women, Tania Reuben a.k.a the Pure Natural Diva. Not surprisingly, I had to put my own twist on her recipe, but you can take a look at the original here. This recipe has five uncomplicated components and takes only a short amount of time to make. When I found this recipe, I made the decision to make this as novelties for everyone! Another nice thing is that you can tailor the scents with any pairing of pure essential oils and make some really nice mixtures! In the movie, I made a strawberry orange body lotion I prefer to call Orange Creamsicle. It smells totally divine! In the video, I also inform you the sites where you can obtain all the elements (one of the ingredients is distilled water, which you can buy at the local supermarket.) Here are the ingredients and directions:

Best Body Lotion (Body Butter)

2-3 Tbsp distilled standard water
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp wax from bees
Vitamin E capsule
Therapeutic Essential Oils

Instructions:

1. blend grapeseed oil, Vitamin E oil, and beeswax. Melt over low heat on stove.
2. When beeswax is almost fully melted, take away from heat and put in glass container.
3. Add distilled water, and beat with a mixer until it gets thick a bit. If you seek more of a lotion consistency, add water. I added 3 tablespoons and my version came out more like a lotion then a body butter.
4. Add essential oil or oils.
5. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to thicken additionally then put into a glass container, (empty baby food jar or mason jar works well!)

Put a little bit of lovely ribbon (or use newspaper for curling ribbon to make this an extra eco-friendly gift.) Did you ever think it would be this hassle-free to create the best body lotion (or body butter?) I had a good time producing this and I really hope it showed through in the movie. Now I am going to go make some even more!

Did you test this recipe out? What were the outcomes? Do you know of an even better body lotion or butter recipe? Talk about them in the discussion section!

UPDATE: Several of the lotions you purchase in the retail store contain detrimental preservatives- chemicals which maximize the shelf life of the lotion yet carry harmful side effects. This homemade lotion is 100% pure and preservative free. That being said, I was just recently made aware by Bubble & Bee Organic Owner Stephanie Greenwood that because this lotion does not have preservatives, it needs to be kept firmly closed and in the refrigerator to hinder bacteria. I was positive that the Vitamin E was used as as a all natural preservative medium, and it does keep the oil from turning rancid, although it doesn’t halt bacterial growth. I am presently looking into adding an all natural preservative to this mixture, thank you to Stephanie for the comments and tips! This is a learning process for me too and I’m so grateful you are here along with me on this path.
